Bingoport Review Overview
Bingoport is a sweepstakes bingo platform owned and operated by 1st Leads Ltd, the same company behind the UK version of the site. In the US, Bingoport launched in 2021 and has been a staple in the bingo community ever since.
Bingoport operates under the sweepstakes model, allowing the site to offer its services legally in the US without requiring a traditional gambling license — Bingoport is available in every state, and the only requirement is that you are 18 years or older.
This also means that entry and participation at Bingoport are entirely free. While the site does allow you to purchase a membership, coins, and other goodies, these are entirely optional and you will never have to spend a dime to play bingo or win cash prizes.
However, there’s a lot more to Bingoport than just that, and with pleasantries out of the way, it’s time to take a closer look at all the good stuff. To make it easier to navigate, I split my Bingoport review into several segments, and each one should outline why I’ve been a fan of the site for years and why you should join it, too.
Bingoport Look & Feel
We scored Bingoport 9/10
Bingoport’s website is minimalistic in nature and the developers did an excellent job of eliminating all the unnecessary clutter and showing you only the relevant bits. The main page displays your available currency and it features top and bottom menus that you can use to navigate the site.
Speaking of which, navigating the site is a breeze and you’re always a click or two away from finding what you’re looking for. In terms of speed, the website itself is fast and responsive and works flawlessly on all devices — I tested the site via desktop browser, my iPad, and my Android smartphone.
The only downside for some players might be the fact that Bingoport has no dedicated Android or iOS apps. Despite that, the website is perfectly optimized to run on devices of all sizes, and you can simply use the site via your mobile device’s browser.
Bingoport Game Selection
We scored Bingoport 10/10
Bingoport is all about— you’ve guessed it— bingo. The website has a Gold and Silver bingo lobby, both of which have 20 active bingo rooms that you can join. The Silver lobby allows you to play bingo for a chance to win Access Tokens, which you can later use to enter games in the Gold section for a chance to win Port Points and cash prizes.
Games also display all the relevant info, such as the entry fee, the prize, and whether the game has an automatic or manual daubing. Bingoport keeps it fair and square – players receive the same number of cards for each game; you will get 30 tickets for auto and 3 cards for manual daub bingo games.
In addition to standard bingo games, Bingoport features Qualification sessions, which you can check by clicking on the What’s On page. These feature a variety of special prizes and are available only at specific times.
Despite not offering slots, table games, or live dealer games, I scored Bingoport with a perfect 10. After all, the site’s not even trying to be a jack of all traders. They’re simply focused on bingo and they’re doing an excellent job.
Bingoport Bonuses & Promotions
We scored Bingoport 6/10
Bingoport’s bonuses and promotions section might be their weakest aspect, considering the site offers only a few bonuses. Here’s what you can get.
- The sign up bonus at Bingoport will net you 1,500 Port Points. The bonus is free and reserved for new players, and the only thing you will have to do is register and verify your account to claim the full amount.
- If you ever run out of coins, you can take advantage of the Wheel Spin bonus. Whenever your balance drops below 100 Port Points, you can spin the wheel for a chance to win up to 10,000 PP in a single spin. You can spin the wheel up to 10 times a day.
- The refer-a-friend bonus allows you to get 10 Access Tokens by referring a friend to the site. The best bit about the referral bonus is that there is no limit to how many friends you can invite to the platform.
Out of everything Bingoport has to offer, I was least impressed with their bonuses and promotions. Still, even though Bingoport won’t shower you with free coins, you will always have enough coins to join a new session, so I guess I can’t complain that much about the lack of bonuses.
Bingoport Banking
We scored Bingoport 9.5/10
Bingoport has multiple payment methods you can use to redeem your Port Points for cash prizes or buy goodies available on the site. You can use:
- Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Diners
- PayPal
- Google Pay and Apple Pay
At Bingoport, you can redeem your Port Points for real cash by visiting the Redeem page and ‘purchasing’ PayPal Cash for Port Points. You can purchase
- $10 PayPal Cash for 12,000 Port Points
- $20 PayPal Cash for 21,000 Port Points
- $50 PayPal Cash for 50,000 Port Points
Apart from the sign up bonus, Bingoport doesn’t have bonuses that offer free Port Points, and all the PP you get do not have any wagering requirements. In other words, you can redeem them as soon as you have enough Port Points. Speaking of which, the cash prizes are always paid on Sunday evening, so withdrawal speed will depend on the day you submit the request.
Additionally, you can also use Port Points to purchase Amazon gift vouchers or you can redeem them for Access Tokens. You will get
- 36 Access Tokens for 5,000 PP
- 60 Access Tokens for 8,000 PP
- 80 Access Tokens for 10,000 PP
- 100 Access Tokens for 12,000 PP
- 250 Access Tokens for 25,000 PP
An important thing to note is that Bingoport doesn’t have a traditional coins store where you can buy Port Points. However, what you can do is buy various merch, such as daubers, bandanas, and even a dining advantage card, all of which come with extra Access Tokens.
Bingoport Support
We scored Bingoport 7/10
Bingoport has a Help and a FAQ section you can use to navigate through the most commonly asked questions. However, if those do not resolve your issue, you can send an email to support@bingoport.com, which is available around the clock.
My interaction with Bingoport’s customer support was a breeze and I got a response back in a couple of hours. Of course, keep in mind that the response time may vary depending on the issue itself and how long it takes to resolve it, as well as the time and day you send the email.
The biggest downside to Bingoport’s support is the lack of live chat. I know from personal experience that many online and sweepstakes casinos use AI chatbots to troubleshoot your issues, which are scarily good and efficient at either resolving your issue or redirecting you to a human casino representative.
However, Bingoport doesn’t have any channel where you can immediately get in touch with customer support. Granted, while it is not a must, a live chat is still the most efficient method to resolve any minor issues, which is why I deducted a few points from Bingoport’s support score.
LowPlays Verdict
Bingoport’s overall score is 8.3/10
Bingoport is accessible, simple, and easy to use, which are just some of the reasons bingo enthusiasts consider it their go-to destination, myself included. If I’m being nitpicky, I’d like to see more bonuses and promotions added to the mix and I definitely wouldn’t mind having live chat as an option.
Despite that, I believe Bingoport is excellent in virtually every regard. It’s free to try, and you may even win a quick buck in the process, so make sure to bring your A daubing game to the table and give Bingoport a go.
