DraftKings Casino Review Overview
DraftKings is well-known for its sports betting and daily fantasy sports but I’ve found it also has one of the most well-rounded online casinos in the US. I haven’t played at other casinos that offer as many games, aside from BetMGM, and it has thousands to choose from across the main categories including slots, live dealer, table games, and jackpots.
The mobile accessibility is fantastic too and it has an app for iOS and Android devices, or the mobile responsive browser version which I’ve found works great. You can try any of the games for free via the demo version, and I see a recurring theme of rewarding customers and customer loyalty at this online casino.
They want you to be a DraftKings player for life and this is shown by the fantastic Dynasty Club and DK Shop. Unlike some reward schemes which offer little real value, DraftKings allows you to earn casino credits, and more simply via normal depositing and play habits.

I love DraftKings Casino for its game selection but I think the design of the platform is just ok. The color scheme and layout look a little dated and the game navigation could be improved.
If you click on the casino section there’s a scrolling bar underneath this for the game categories. It’s meant to be used on touchscreens (and it works amazingly on smartphones), but when I was using my desktop browser it felt clunky to find different game categories.
There isn’t much filter functionality either and you essentially only have a search bar to work with to find specific games. I do like that you can click on the info icon on a game thumbnail though and this shows a pop-up with important facts like the min/max bets and a link to the demo version.
The look and feel certainly aren’t bad, but they don’t wow me either, and I prefer platforms like FanDuel for their aesthetic and usability.

The games at DraftKings Casino are the feature I like the most. How can you not love having 1000+ games to choose from? These are from some of the best developers in the industry, too, like NetEnt, Evolution, IGT, and Pragmatic Play. The entertainment factor at this online casino is incredible.

I love live game shows and DraftKings delivers titles by Evolution like Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, and Crazy Coin Flip. There are also plenty of traditional live casino games, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, and Ultimate Texas Hold’Em poker. I like that they have multiple table limits, too – for example, there are blackjack tables ranging from $15 up to $250 min bet.

The number of jackpot games at DraftKings is astounding. I’ve not managed to hit a big win yet, but there is plenty of potential with 400+ games being part of the DraftKings jackpot network. It’s not just slots either – some of the blackjack, roulette, and live dealer games have progressive jackpots. The main benefit I’ve found, though, is the way you can accumulate Crowns and Tier Credits. Crowns can be redeemed for casino credits or used in the Dynasty Store (DK Shop). I’m an NBA fan, so instead of casino credits, I’ve opted to buy some retro NBA merch in the past!

The minimum limits are the best thing I found about DraftKings deposits and withdrawals. You can deposit as little as $5 and the minimum withdrawal is just $1, so you don’t have to build up a chunk of funds just to cash out.
They list that the processing time for withdrawals is up to 5 business days but from my experience, it’s much quicker than this. These took me to the help center which has a great range of help topics including deposits, guidelines, responsible gambling, and account management.
For help though, just click on the “How can we help?” link which opens the live chat. You have to enter some details first, including the platform and your state, but then you can ask questions and get connected to a customer support rep.
I found the initial AI chatbot was a little frustrating at times and it misunderstood my questions twice. However, it was able to connect me to a rep who then immediately jumped into solving my problem.
