Moonspin is a modern crypto sweeps site that is home to over 200 casino games from GameArt, alongside its in-house games. Unlike other proprietary games that can be boring and have low-quality graphics, I really like Moonspin’s originals. They have cool configurations, solid RTP of 96% or more, and the animations are great.

Besides originals such as Dice, Crash, and Limbo, you can also play slots, jackpots, and table games. Speaking of playing, you can use Gold Coins or Moon Coins. The latter have monetary value but are considered bonus funds, so they come with higher than usual wagering requirements. That’s one of the few things I don’t appreciate about Moonspin.us, but I’ll get back to that later.

As for the interface, the menus shift depending on the size of the screen, but I can’t say that I am a fan of the designer’s choices.

Now, things kind of go downhill from here, especially if you consider that there is no first purchase bonus, no VIP Club and there are quite high wagering requirements.

But it wouldn’t be fair to say that there are no other ways to receive free Moon Coins because you can still enjoy:

I like that the casino has responsible limits in place, and they are automatically set on the get-go. You can change them, of course, but the standard limits are $2,000 daily, $5,000 weekly, and $20,000 monthly.

When it comes to redemptions, cryptocurrencies are, again, your only option. The minimum limit is 40 SC, which I like, given that most sweepstakes set a 100 SC threshold. What I don’t like is that there is a $3 flat fee for every redemption. Plus, there are the 35x wagering requirements in place for the welcome and daily login bonus, which is way too high, even for real money casinos.

The casino has announced that gift cards and merchandise redemptions are coming soon, but we’ve yet to see that happen.

Reaching out via live chat is my favorite option, and I’m happy to report there are no bots you have to tackle as obstacles to reach an agent. I sent a message via Zendesk and received a reply within a minute. The agent I talked to was well-informed and ready to answer all of my questions.

As there is no phone support, I decided also to test the email agents. I sent my inquiry hoping to hear back in less than 12 hours, but the reply arrived almost 24 hours later.

If you’re a newbie, I recommend you go through the available Terms and Conditions or the FAQ. These two sections are incredibly thorough and helpful.

If you’re looking forward to playing crypto or crash games with a tight budget, Moonspin will deliver. The minimum betting limits start from 0.1 SC, which is nice considering you can get 3 SC from sign-up and 0.30 SC every day.

The minimum purchase starts at $10, and you can get it with one of the available cryptocurrencies. Redemption-wise, you can get your winnings out as soon as you reach at least 40 SC, but the 35x wagering requirements might make this a lengthy process.

Overall, Moonspin.us is a fair casino, but I wish they’d make it easier for players to redeem their winnings (and get rid of the fees).
